Partners · how we work

You win it. We build it behind you.

How a white-label partnership with Cognilium works: you win the deal, we build the AI under your brand, you deliver it to your client, and we support it behind you. You own the relationship at every step; we are the engineering, never a party to your client.

The engagement

Four steps, you client-facing throughout

01

Diagnose the deal

We scope the AI your client actually needs and agree what a first build has to prove — before anyone writes code. If the workflow is not ready, we say so.

02

Build under your brand

We build inside the client's own Azure tenancy, under your identity and a mutual NDA: agents, MCP, Action tools, optimization apps, the Fabric layer. Weekly demos, replies within hours.

03

You deliver

The work ships as yours — documentation, dashboards and runbooks carry your brand. You present it, you own the relationship, you keep the margin.

04

We support behind you

We stay after go-live as your engineering bench. The release cadence keeps producing work; you keep the client-facing role.

What you keep

You own the client at every step

The relationship, the contract, the billing and the client-facing role stay with you from the first call to long after go-live. We do not sell Dynamics implementation and we never contact your client directly. Our model only works when you win.

How we protect your side

Confidential by design

Mutual NDA first

We sign before we see anything sensitive. Your client, your methods and your commercials stay yours.

Your brand on the work

Deliverables, demos and docs carry your identity. Our identifiers are removed before anything reaches your client.

The client's own stack

Everything runs inside the client's own Azure tenancy on the governed Microsoft stack. Their data never leaves it; the estate is theirs if the relationship ends.

Starting

Start with one scoped build

The way to test the fit is a single scoped build on one real deal, delivered under your brand, before anything longer-term. It proves the engineering, the handoff and the confidentiality all work — then you decide whether to put us on a retainer.

Questions partners ask

The engagement, answered plainly

How does a white-label AI partnership work, step by step?
Four steps: we diagnose the AI the client needs and agree what a first build must prove; we build it under your brand inside the client's Azure tenancy under NDA; you deliver it to your client and own the relationship; and we support it behind you after go-live. You are client-facing throughout; we are the engineering.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do, at every step. The relationship, the contract, the billing and the client-facing role are yours. We never contact your client directly and we do not sell Dynamics implementation, so there is no path for us to go around you.
How do you keep our client and our methods confidential?
A mutual NDA is signed before we see anything sensitive. Deliverables carry your brand with our identifiers removed, and the build runs inside the client's own tenancy. Your client, your methods and your commercials stay yours.
How do we start, and what is the commitment?
Start with one scoped build on a single real deal, delivered under your brand. It proves the engineering, the handoff and the confidentiality before any longer-term commitment. If it works, you can move to a retainer or embedded engineer; if it does not, you owe nothing beyond that build.
What happens after go-live?
We stay as your engineering bench. The release cadence keeps producing work — new agents, tuning, extensions — and we handle it behind you while you keep the client-facing role and the support relationship.
