Legal AI Ops

Transform legal workflows with agentic AI, copilots and decision intelligence

Built into the ERP your legal and procurement work already runs on: Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP and modern ERP platforms. Not a repository. Not another system to keep updated.

Generative AI, intelligent automation and decision intelligence, applied to the legal work your business already does.

What nothing standard checks

The ERP holds the commitment. The agreement holds the terms. The gap between the two is where the money goes, and comparing them is the job no repository, billing app or approval workflow performs.

  • Contract review against your own playbook
  • Obligation extraction
  • Renewal and notice-date intelligence
  • Record-versus-document reconciliation
The problem

What legal operations lose inside an ERP

The terms were agreed in a document. The record was typed from it once. After that the two drift, and nothing raises an error.

The terms were typed once, from a document read once

After that the record operates alone, and no error is raised when it drifts from the agreement it came from.

The agreement was amended and the record was not

A renegotiated price arrives as a signed amendment in an inbox. Nothing carries it to the line that bills.

Renewals extend themselves

Miss the notice date and Microsoft's own documentation says the line is billed for another year.

Nothing compares the two

Not the ERP, not a repository, not an approval workflow. The comparison is the job nothing standard performs.

We are now wanting to assess the feasibility of adding contract management functionality to aid in enhancing controls, workflows and transparency… we typically have 100 to 150 active contracts…

What we do

Comprehensive Legal AI Ops expertise

Build custom AI capabilities on top of your legal work, and turn fragmented legal operations into agentic systems that run where the work already happens. Contracts are the deepest ground because that is where we shipped first — the practice is wider than them.

Contract review against your own playbook

Your position, your fallback, your red line — matched by meaning, not by clause number.

Obligation extraction

What was promised, by whom, by when — and where those obligations should live once they are found.

Renewal and notice-date intelligence

The termination clause becomes data on the record rather than a diary entry somebody has to remember.

Record-versus-document reconciliation

The one check nothing standard performs: does the ERP line still say what the signed agreement says.

Third-party paper review

Nearly everything a mid-market company signs is drafted on the counterparty's template, not its own.

Legal document intelligence, beyond contracts

Read, classify, extract and validate the documents legal work actually runs on — policies, statements of work, certificates, correspondence — with the source quote and page behind every extracted value.

Answers from your own legal corpus

Sourced, access-controlled retrieval across your agreements, policies and precedent, so the answer arrives with its evidence rather than a summary you have to go and check.

Approval routing and document-driven workflow

The routing, the escalation and the audit trail around the decision, built across the Dynamics ecosystem rather than bolted beside it.

How we build

Build custom AI capabilities on top of legal work

Agentic workflows inside Business Central

Agents that read a document, check a record and propose a correction.

Copilot and Copilot Studio

Extending what Microsoft ships rather than replacing it.

Azure OpenAI and Document Intelligence

Custom extraction for the places the built-in agents stop.

MCP — so a model can act, not only read

The middleware that lets an agent carry out a task inside Dynamics from a natural-language instruction.

Human-in-the-loop by design

It proposes; a person commits. That boundary is the design, not a limitation.

Where it runs

Where it runs, and what it never touches

In your own Azure tenancy

The document does not move. Your data does not leave.

The ERP stays the system of record

We do not replace a field, a table or a process.

Read and propose, never post

Nothing commits without a human decision.

The boundary

What we do not do

This is the shortest way to work out whether we are the right call. Where another category of tool is the better answer, it is worth saying so plainly.

We are not a contract repository

Storage is a different job from verification, and both are legitimate.

We are not a billing app

The contract apps on AppSource do administration well. Administration is not reading the agreement.

We are not enterprise CLM — and where CLM is right, we say so

Icertis and Sirion publish Dynamics adapters for Finance & Operations and Sales. If you employ people whose full-time job is negotiating, buy the platform built for them.

Proof

We built one. Yours is built the same way

You will probably never buy the product below, and that is not what it is here for. It is the evidence that this is shipped engineering rather than a deck.

Contract Review Copilot is the contract-review app in the family of AI Optimization Apps for Microsoft Dynamics 365. It ships as Paralegent AI, in production today: every clause read against your own playbook, with replacement language drafted.

The pipeline behind it is the pipeline we build into your legal work: your playbook as the input, matching by meaning rather than clause number, replacement language drafted, and a person committing every change. What differs is your paper, your positions and the system the answer has to land in.

Questions

The questions a legal team actually asks

What are my options for contract management in Business Central?

Three, and they solve different problems: the built-in contract and subscription billing features, an AppSource app for administration, or a decision layer that reads the agreement and checks it against the record. The first two manage what was typed. Only the third compares it with what was signed.

Do I need CLM software if I run Business Central?

If you employ people whose full-time job is negotiating, yes — buy the platform built for them. If contracts are signed by people whose job is something else, and the problem is that the record drifts from the agreement, a decision layer on the ERP you already run is the closer fit.

Where do contract renewal dates live in Business Central?

Usually in more than one place, which is the problem. A notice date that exists only in the signed document is not data the ERP can act on. Renewal intelligence puts the termination clause on the record so the system can raise it.

Can I build this myself with Agent Designer?

For a bounded task with a stable definition, often yes, and we will say so. The limits are documented by Microsoft and worth reading before you commit. Where the work needs custom extraction or a playbook that changes, the build gets harder than it first looks.

Can an approval workflow protect a negotiated term?

An approval workflow protects the moment of approval. It does not re-read the agreement afterwards, and it raises nothing when a record drifts months later. Those are different controls and you want both.

When should contract AI escalate to a human?

Whenever the answer changes what someone is owed or what gets committed. Our rule is narrower than most: it proposes, a person commits, and anything touching money or obligation is prepared rather than posted.

What is third-party paper?

A contract drafted on the counterparty's template rather than yours. It is most of what a mid-market company signs, and it is the hardest kind to review, because your playbook has to be matched by meaning against language you did not write.
