About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies including Python, FastAPI, Flask, and React. In this role, you will work on both backend and frontend development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems, architect new features, and contribute to the technical direction of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust backend APIs using Python with FastAPI and Flask frameworks
  • Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation

Requirements

    5+ years of professional software development experience

    Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI and/or Flask

    Solid experience with React and modern frontend development (Hooks, Context API, etc.)

    Experience with RESTful API design and implementation

    Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

    Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles

    Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

  • +Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
  • +Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
